Schubach Aviation, San Diego’s leading on-demand air charter service firm, has acquired a Learjet 35 to augment its diverse fleet of charter aircraft, according to Henry Schubach, president of the Carlsbad-based company.
The luxurious Learjet 35 is a lightweight, high-performance jet and among the most popular of executive aircraft. Passengers immediately notice the immaculate attention to detail that has made this particular aircraft a favorite means of corporate travel. Its inherent structural qualities give it the ability to achieve altitudes of up to 45,000 feet, where the less restrictive atmosphere allows the jet to fly farther, faster and above most air traffic, thus providing passengers with a smoother, more enjoyable flight.
The speed of the Learjet 35 also makes it one of the most economical corporate transports, particularly when traveling coast to coast. Boasting a range of 2,000 nautical miles, the twin-engine Learjet 35 is capable of taking passengers from California to New York or California to Florida with one fuel stop. The aircraft is available for charter beginning immediately.
With seating for up to seven passengers and two crew members, Schubach Aviation’s Learjet 35 features a luxurious warm beige leather interior and abundantly stocked refreshment center.
The Learjet 35 joins a fleet of over 20 private, luxury aircraft impeccably maintained and chartered by Schubach Aviation at its state-of-the-art Palomar Airport facility. The company also maintains and operates a Gulfstream IV; two wide-bodied Bombardier Challenger 601s; five Hawkers; a Lear 55; several light-weight Citations, including two factory-new CJ3’s; and a range of King Air turbo prop aircraft.
